Delete your Birthy account
Birthy — developed by Covic 3D — lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
1. Directly in the app fastest
- Open Birthy on your phone
- Go to the Settings tab (bottom right)
- Scroll to the ACCOUNT section
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm with “Yes, permanently delete all my data”
Your account and every birthday you saved are removed from our servers immediately.
2. By email
If you no longer have the app installed, send us a request from the email address you used in Birthy and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.

| Server backups | Overwritten within 30 days |
Nothing is kept after deletion — there is no retention period for your personal data beyond the backup rotation described above. Birthy does not sell or share your data with third parties.
