Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use Birthy, a birthday reminder app developed by Covic 3D (Ivan Covic). By using the app you accept them.

- Birthy is free. There is no subscription and nothing to buy.
- The app is supported by ads.
- Your birthday list is yours — you can export nothing, but you can delete everything at any time.
- We do our best to remind you on time, but please don't rely on Birthy alone for something critical.
Using the app
You may use Birthy for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the app, and not to use it in a way that breaks the law or interferes with the service for others.
Your account
Creating an account requires a name, date of birth, phone number and email address. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address you sign up with — it is how you get your birthdays back on a new device. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Data you enter about other people
When you add someone's birthday, you are entering information about another person. Please only add details you are entitled to store, and remove them if that person asks you to.
Reminders
Birthy schedules reminders on your device. Delivery depends on your device settings, notification permissions, battery optimisation and the operating system. We cannot guarantee that every reminder arrives, and we are not responsible for a birthday you miss.
Ads
The app displays advertising through Google AdMob. We do not control which ads are shown and are not responsible for their content or for anything you buy from an advertiser.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue Birthy or any of its features. We may also update these terms; the date at the top will tell you when. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Liability
Birthy is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including missed reminders or lost data. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of the law of your country of residence.
